A unique cooking experience to discover the typical Sicilian flavours. You will be welcomed as a member of the family to dive into the daily traditions of southern Italy.
We pick together the vegetables from our garden according to season; then we move to the kitchen where Annalisa will amaze you to the discover of the traditional Sicilian cuisine. You will learn how to prepare 4 local recipes from scratch; you will follow and make every step of the recipes – from homemade pasta to the seasonal dessert. And then, enjoy a genuine lunch in an exclusive location sipping local wine.
